Refund policy

 

Size is the biggest worry for most parents and we help them sort it with ease. We suggest you look at the size chart and order the best age group fitting as per your Lil one's size.

Defects :

In the unlikely event of Foreverkidz returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased @ Foreverkidz within 24 hours of receipt of the item in case of defects. Please don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.

• Please register your request by sending an email to support@foreverkidz.in with the subject line: RETURN /ORDER NUMBER.
• We would also request pictures and vidoes of the defective item (clicked from a few angles) in the same mail. 
• Our products pass through 3 levels of strict quality checks under supervision to ensure excellence. Hence, returns will only be entertained in the unlikely event of a genuine manufacturing defect once you share supporting proof within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please allow team Foreverkidz 2 working days to get back on your request. Rest be assured the same shall be taken care of. We are a friendly bunch :)
• We shall be arranging for a reverse pickup in this case, which takes 3-5 working days. In case you need this to be addressed urgently then please ship the product from your end and we shall reimburse Rs.. 80 for the same.

Please pack well so that the products reach us in good condition.
