***We are concerned about you & your little ones safety hence temporarily we won't be accepting product return in light of the ongoing global health crisis.***

Our dealing with exclusive party range is huge therefore any refunds/exchanges shall be processed after careful examination of the product received. Following are the guidelines for the same:


Foreverkidz returns and exchange policy gives you an option to exchange items purchased @ Foreverkidz within 7 days of receipt of the item in case of defects. Please don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.

In case of size issues please connect with our customer care team and they shall help you with a solution.

You certainly do try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition and tags. To initiate the return please follow the procedure given below:

1. Self Ship: Kindly ship the product back to "Foreverkidz" D 16 , Sector 21 Jalvayu Vihar Noida , 201301 (UP) and mail, the details @ We will arrange for a pickup only in case of a defect found. 

2.Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & with tags still attached.

4. For exchanges there is a coupon code/store credit offered which can be redeemed withing the store in the next 60 days. The store credits will get updated and shred to your mail in 7 working days.

Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product passes the quality check we will  process  either exchange or refund as per the agreement. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. 

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (
  • Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  • While self-shipping your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Products must not have been purchased under Sale store section
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
  • Any exchange case must be initiated within 3 days of recieving the product.


Cancellation of an order is accepted if the same s done withing 24 hours of placing the order. 

In such a case the mount shall be refunded. The refund proces shall take upto 7-10 working days.

Size is the biggest worry for most parents and we help them sort it with ease. We suggest you look at the size chart and order the best age group fitting as per your Lil one's size.

Dos and Donts

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9811803091 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Sale Products will not be eligible for exchange.
