Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy  Raise Exchange Request

How can I return/ replace a product?

Dresses can be exchanged for size only if the product is unused with all tags attached and in original packaging. Note, Size exchange is not allowed for certain categories of products or purchased on sale or customized for measurement/design. Dresses/Accessories cannot be returned/ cancelled against full refund post-delivery.


What do I need to do to request size exchange of same product

To avoid any delays in providing you with the preferred size of a product – follow the steps to a request for a “size change”
: iOS / Android / Website Exchange process

  • Click on Returns& exchange.
  • Fill the order number (beginning #FK…) and email/contact number by which order was placed.
  • Select the item with size you want in exchange. Submit and you’re done!
  • You will receive an email notification after submission of the request.
  • Our team shall check and approve the request.
  • Once approved the item shall be picked up. Kindy pack it well with original tags intact. Also don’t forget to pack the head accessories along with the dress. In case the pin code doesn’t have a reverse pickup facility , the same has to be shipped from the customer’s end and 100Rs flat shall be refunded.
  • Once the item reaches our warehouse, the same shall go through quality check.
  • Once inspected the exchanged request (post confirming availability) is shipped out as prepaid order.
  • Please check the status at any time by entering order number in exchange box. Rules and Conditions for Exchanges:

      1. Exchange can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item is Luxe once for the size.

      2. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.

    3. It should also be in the same brand box you received. Happy shopping!
What is the time period within which I can exchange a product?

Size Exchange Request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. For any defects noticed, please escalate with pictures on support@foreverkidz.in within 24-48hours of receiving the packet. 


How should I pack my product for the exchange?

All our products are handcrafted hence request your support to pack them with utmost care. When you return a product for exchange, please ensure that it is in its original condition with tags intact and original packaging.

When are product exchange not possible?

If the Products have been purchased from certain categories including Sale section or Accessories or Extravaganza or product is customised for design or measurement, exchange of product is not permissible.

If Luxe products are not returned in their original condition, are damaged , are used or the original tags are missing , your product will be shipped back to you and refunds will not be possible.

What are self-courier exchanges?

In case reverse pick-up facility is not available for your pin code, we will request you to courier the products to our address – C/O Foreverkidz , B-105 , Sector 6 , Noida – 201301 and email the airway bill details at support@foreverkidz.in along with your order no to enable swift refund process.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

Yes, you can exchange a part by simply following the same process and processing your request via Returns and exchange tab.

Can I exchange my product with a different product?

Our products are intricately handcrafted basis your placed order hence a complete exchange is not supported. In case due to unavoidable reasons you need to exchange your product with a different product , same will be reviewed on case to case basis. Please write to us at support@foreverkidz.in

Can I cancel my exchange request and choose to keep the product?

Please get in touch with Foreverkidz Support Team for assistance in such a case.

This is not what I ordered. How do I replace it?

If all or part of your order does not match the product description, please write to us at support@foreverkidz.in with images of the product received to seek required assistance.

How can I Cancel My Order?

Cancellation of order is permissible only if the order has not been shipped. Please register the Cancellation request by sending an email to support@foreverkidz.in with subject line: CANCEL / ORDER NUMBER.

For cancellation of order after the product has been shipped refunds as applicable shall be initiated after necessary deduction of shipping charges etc.

Cancellation of order against full refund after the delivery has been received is not permissible.

The refund process wherever applicable shall take up to 7-10 business days.

*Customized orders cannot be cancelled.

- Exchange can be done one time only. 

- Only exchange of sizes can be done, these designer dresses are non-returnable against full refund.

- All refunds are subject to shipment deductions & satisfactory completion of - - -necessary quality checks by return desk @ warehouse
- Refund credits usually takes 7-10 business days to reflect in your account from date of initiation (In case payment was done via COD, customer are requested to share their bank account at the time of new size confirmation).
- No refund requests will be permissible outside the purview of policy outlined above.
