***We are concerned about you & your little ones safety hence temporarily we won't be accepting product return in light of the ongoing global health crisis.***
Before you think of returning or exchanging a product, please take a moment to understand how these exclusive dresses are made. Most of our dresses are beautifully handcrafted by craft persons with love resulting in uniqueness in each product.
Our packaging is robust enough and ensures the dresses are well taken care of during transit.
Our dealing with exclusive party range is huge therefore any exchanges shall be processed after careful examination of the product received. Following are the guidelines for the same:
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Size is the biggest worry for most parents and we help them sort it with ease. We suggest you look at the size chart and order the best age group fitting as per your Lil one's size.
In the unlikely event of Foreverkidz returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased @ Foreverkidz within 3 days of receipt of the item in case of defects. Please don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.
- Please register your request by sending an email to email@example.com with subject line: RETURN /ORDER NUMBER.
- We would also request pictures of defected item (clicked from few angles) in the same mail.
- Please allow team Foreverkidz two working days to get back on your request. Rest be assured the same shall be taken care of. We are a friendly bunch :)
- We shall be arranging for a reverse pickup in this case which takes 3-5 working days. In case you need this to be addressed urgently then please ship the product from your end and we shall reimburse Rs.80 for the same.
Please pack well so that the products reach us in good condition.
We offer exchanges for dresses where in case of size issues please connect with our customer care team and they shall help you with a resolution.
You certainly do try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition and tags. To initiate the return please follow the procedure given below:
1. Self Ship: Kindly ship the product back to "Foreverkidz" D 110 , Sector 7, 3rd Floor, Noida , 201301 (UP) and mail, the details @ firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for a pickup only in case of a defect found.
2.Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & with tags still attached.
2. Request must be logged in within 2 days of receiving the products. You can mail the same on email@example.com.
3. Products must not have been purchased under Sale store section
4. For exchanges there is a coupon code/store credit offered which can be redeemed within the store in the next 60 days. The store credits will get updated and shred to your mail in 7 working days.
Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product passes the quality check we will process either exchange or refund as per the agreement. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
- While self-shipping your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- Products must not have been purchased under Sale store section
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
- Any exchange case must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
Cancellation of an order is accepted if the same s done within 24 hours of placing the order unless the same has not been shipped.
In such a case the amount shall be refunded. The refund process shall take upto 7-10 working days.
Dos and Don'ts
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 8587864899 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
