How do I cancel/exchange an order on foreverkidz.in?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order , we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation/exchange is after your product has shipped:
- If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product at the time of recieving. We shall arrange for a reverse pickup for the same.
- Easy! Place a fresh order after talking to us, share the name you placed order with and ship the dress back at our address. Share the concern and your amount shall be adjusted against the new purchase. We shall be happy to ship your new dress with the new size. We can help you with size exchanges from the same style (if available) or any other style in case the size you want is unavailable. In case you wish to make the exchange purchase a little later we give you time till 30 days which surely gives you acess to newer designs. We believe in making our customers happy :-)
All you need to do is ship the recieved product to us from your end and we shall send you the exchanged product soon.
Size is the biggest worry for most parents and we help them sort it with ease. We suggest you look at the size chart and order the best age group fitting as per your Lil one's size.
Please place this request within 5 days of recieving the product.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9811803091 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
